Controliss Blinds – New Design and New Product Range

Juno have been web designing once more for Controliss the UK electric blind company.

Controliss have now brought our their 4th range of remote controlled blinds; this time they are offering a wide range of stylish roller blinds.  The website has been massively successful with site visitors spending many minutes on average looking at the wide range of automatic blinds. Real Web SEO have brought Controliss up the search engine results for many of their key terms and hopefully news will spread about this unique and safe innovation.

Pete Sharma Associates – New Design Coming Soon

Pete Sharma Associates specialise in language teaching skills.  They believe that teaching language is best done in person and use all the latest technology to enhance the learning process.

Pete Sharma Accociates work alongside language and vocational teachers mainly in education environments such as colleges or universities. Their book “The Internet and Business English” won the “English Speaking Union Award” in 2004 and now they have gained great credibility in the sector.

Juno have re-designed the site for Pete Sharma incorporating a sleek, precise look.  Below is a preview of the new design:

We have recently taken on Controliss as an SEO client and are cooking on gas. Controliss sell a wide variety of remote control blinds to home users and property developers. The beauty of remote control blinds is that they are operated with a small AA battery powered handset, removing the requirement for messy and sometimes dangerous chords. For a property developer and the home user for very little more in terms of pricepoint the battery operation gives the wow factor to a home when installed.

University of Whatever Re Design

University of whatever is a newly formed clothing Label with great potential. The original website design is incredibly strong visually, but not considered for making sales. We have amended the site design to include simpler navigation for the user, demonstrating some of the product range on the homepage.

We are re – organising the user interface design for the navigation to make browsing and purchase simpler for site visitors. This is tied with a large push by our SEO Company to gain more traffic. The goal being greater traffic though SEO implementation and a higher percentage of conversion to sale per visitor.

Duffle Coats UK – New Web Design Graphics

Believe it or not the start of the duffle coat season has just begun this year in mid July!

Our clients DuffleCoatsUK.co.uk are now in position for every “Duffle” related keyword on Google thanks to the continued hard work of our SEO team.  The Duffle Coat manufactures are set for a massive influx of customers this Autumn and Winter so Juno have updated the web design to improve conversion rates.

Clothing photography for ecommerce, on a budget

Quality photography for your ecommerce shop is vital as it is where the sale is made. Your product must look quality and it is an important factor for conversion to sale. Juno Web Design use a great photography studio for most o our product shoots, but for a client we are working with at the moment the budget isnt there. True to form we have sourced a possible solution to gain the same photography at a lower cost.

An ingenious local photographer called Jack has carried out thorough research and devised a frankensteins monster of a platform with which we may gain a similar standard for a quarter of the price. If it works fantastic, we will use it….  there is no harm in trying.

Positive Results From Juno’s New Design

We recently updated our website to reflect Juno’s maturity as Nottingham’s #1 web design team.

The old site design had many elements ‘bolted’ on over time making it dis-jointed and unclear what our focus was.  When we delved into the world of conversion optimisation we were alerted to the fact that the old design had a negative colour scheme and key areas of our site were hard to reach such as our impressive portfolio page.

WordPress SEO Advantages

Juno have recently made it their policy that any site they build or manage from July 2010 onwards must contain a WordPress or Joomla blog.

WordPress is our favourite blogging software as it’s so easy to use, flexible in it’s design, has lots of great plugins and is perfect for SEO.

Anyone can add content (by posting) or edit pages of their website once WordPress has been set up correctly; Juno gives their clients the opportunity to run their own website themselves.  Some web design companies charge extortionate rates for small changes to a site such as updating a menu or a adding in a special offer.

When you create a new post on WordPress Juno ensure that these things occur:
