The Importance of The Domain

Choosing a good domain name for your web design is very important. It is the name for your business! I would strongly suggest not rushing into a domain name, and taking your time to brainstorm a few possibilities.

A few things to keep in mind when thinking about domain names include:

• Com is the best extension
• Make it easy to remember
• Make it represent the content of your website
• Short names are best (when possible)
• Stay away from numbers and hyphens
• Keep the potential for branding in mind
